I believe that lasting change is possible when people feel safe, understood and supported. Every session is approached with compassion, curiosity and without judgement.

Emotions don't simply disappear. When they aren't fully processed, they may remain stored within the body and continue to influence how we feel, react, and even how our body responds.

The Emotion Code is based on the idea that the body and mind are deeply connected. By gently identifying and releasing trapped emotions, it may be possible to support your overall wellbeing.

Sessions are carried out remotely via video call in a calm, supportive and judgement-free environment.

Emotion Code sessions don't require you to relive or analyse difficult experiences. Instead, we work with what your subconscious is ready to release.

Your First Session

We'll discuss the issue you'd like support with, I'll explain the process, answer your questions, and begin releasing trapped emotions (typically 3–5 during the first session).

Follow-up Sessions

We continue identifying and releasing trapped emotions (typically 4–10 per session), working at a pace guided by your subconscious.

Ongoing Progress

Some people notice changes immediately, while for others the process is more gradual. Every journey is unique.

The number of sessions needed varies depending on the individual, the issue being addressed, and what your subconscious is ready to release.

Heart-Wall

About Heart-Walls

A Heart-Wall is one of the concepts within the Emotion Code. It is believed to be a protective energetic barrier created by the subconscious following emotionally difficult or painful experiences. While intended to protect us, over time it may also make it harder to experience connection, joy and emotional freedom.

In my experience, many Heart-Walls are released over approximately 3–5 sessions, although every person's journey is unique and some may require fewer or more sessions.

Animals

Animals can carry emotional stress too, particularly following difficult experiences or changes in their environment. Because they can't express emotions through words, this may show itself through changes in behaviour or energy.

Using the same gentle approach, I identify and release trapped emotions that may be affecting your pet's wellbeing. Sessions are carried out remotely and are completely non-invasive.
